Ever wondered what would happen if you took bittermelon, took out the insides and left the thick rind and then stuffed it with a Grand Cru oolong from Anxi Region, Fujian Province (Tie Guan Yin) and roasted it? Strangely enough it's not bitter at all, the bittermelon rind after roasting comingles with the Tie Guan Yin forming a lovely balanced sweet dark oolong goodness. The tea has been portioned into 6-7g cross-sections and are individually packaged for your convenience. Be warned, one portion can be reinfused up to 9 times!
*If you are not a fan of bittermelon, remove the skin and enjoy the roasted Tie Guan Yin flavour laced with subtle bittermelon.

Bold with a roasted TGY flavor (cherry, charcoal, chocolate) and lingering citrus taste. Subsequent infusions throws up fruity sweet fig or plum flavour.
