Come join our certified tea master and learn how to brew great-tasting Kombucha at home.
Kombucha is an ancient fermented tea-based probiotic beverage and has been revered as a healing tonic for at least 3,000 years. It is believed to provide healthful micronutrients and bacteria beneficial to digestion, detoxification and immunity. Worldwide, people make and drink kombucha for the way it makes them feel, alive, healed and replenished. And it is a low-calorie, satisfying beverage.
Training session (1-1.5 hours) includes:
- Tasting (loose leaf tea and kombucha)
- Demonstration (primary ferment and second ferment)
- Information pack
- SCOBY and starter
- 10g tea sample
